I used to mosh.
Some HUGE dude elbowed me in the nose 2 times, so I punched him in the balls, and he punched me in the stomach with full force. I do not mosh anymore.

I love moshing. There were a few pits where the guys would kinda push me out cus they didnt want to hurt me but id just flail my limbs and get right back in. I knocked a girl out in an Escape the Fate pit =x And I got kicked in the face, and it was awesome. Oh and during an SKSK show I got stuck between a chair and had my leg practically cut off ( not literally ) and I had a bryuse for about a 2 months circling my entire thigh. I had hella bruises. I love moshing but its defff not for the little pussy ass shits that will get their asses stepped on.
