Duuuude, I'm hella jealous, my problem is not being able to keep awake. yawn.gif

But wayyyy back when I did have sporadic problems with sleeping, there wasn't every any trick to it - I just wouldn't let myself open my eyes.

Lectures. When you're in class and the teacher turns all the lights off in the morning and you have to watch a boring documentary.

and I can't work out, it makes me more awake and puts me in a good move. Damn those endorphins XD

Watching TV helps me get sleepy or going outside for some fresh air.

I always have to have noise when I am trying to sleep. I hate silence. It's annoying. I must have the TV on or music playing on my stereo.

I've never had good sleeping patterns. I used to work for a neurobiologist and she would tease me about my absurd circadian rhythm.

I leave my TV on (which is supposedly a no-no) and fall asleep to old reruns.

I usually listen to some slow music or watch the news or reruns or things like that on TV.

Lately I've been so tired that I just put my head on the pillow and I fall asleep.

I haven't had a good sleep pattern since June. It really sucks. But I found that reading helps... a lot. I mean, sure I still don't sleep until 2:30 am, but it's much better than sleeping at 8. Anyway, I recommend the last Harry Potter book. I remember knocking out at 1 A.M. when I read it again over the summer. ( Earliest time yet! )

edit:\\
Oh! You can also hate someone. I also knocked out near 1 the night after my neighbors kept me awake until 4. So yeah.. hating someone should get you tired.
