Speak to a professional about this.
There are plenty of different things to try
Id suggest getting a semi permanent.
But as your hair is dark it may not go to a white blonde without using bleach prior.
It would fade but just not back to your natural colour.
You would probably have to cut the colour out once your bored of it

You want the white blonde to fade back to your natural color? Or do you want it to blend to your natural color?

When you bleach your hair it does not go back to the original color, ever again (unless, of course, you dye it your original color). You can't strip bleach. But, it shouldn't be a problem since it is easy to dye over.

Also, bleach will make colors fade faster if you do decide to dye over it. (I have to re-dye my hair every two weeks or so to keep it vivid, and it's not even a crazy color)

I hope that helped thumbsup.gif

Ohh if you mean you want it to fade into your natural colour you would probably have to go to a hairdressers for this
where i used to work had a technique where they back combed sections of the hair then put colour over it, this made the hair fade into the natural colour :)
that shouldnt be done too often though as hair may become damaged.
