I don't use photoshop, I use paint.net, and I'm haveing a hard time figureing out how to make a paint splatter effect, like this...

From what I read, you're supposed to get nail polish (or something) and splatter it onto paper. Then you wait for it dry, then scan it. I know there's tons of other ways though.

Moved to Graphics Help
Another way to do it is to get fabric paint and a brush, and splatter that on paper :) Just get creative with different kinds of liquids that can dry, and have fun! |

^ Not really. The most you could do is "hand-mouse" it yourself... and that's really hard drawing the splatter effect that way. Honestly, what Mark and I have suggested is the easiest way.
