i just don't get it...
are they LEGGING PANTS-ISH... or LEGGING STOCKINGS-ISH?!?!?!? i just bought one on the weekend... n have like no idea how to wear them..in a CUTE way.. i've seen girls just wear it like a pants...with a cute tshirt and with boots or flats... HELLLPP? |

You can wear them either way. Generally, though, leggings that are worn as pants should be thicker (don't wanna flash anybody with your underwear).
I've seen girls wear them under miniskirts, or under dresses with a shorter hem with, like you said, flats or boots. Really, leggings are quite versatile. I just wouldn't recommend wearing them with any sort of pant or short (my pet peeve). |

Some advice:
NEVER wear leggings with t-shirts, not even t-shirts that a slightly long. That just looks.. bad.. =_= Leggings with a long tunic (almost like a minidress) works. I've seen it in magazines all the time. :D The look cute with flats or heels. |

Wear them with anything but shorts, pants, capris....you know. Skirts, dresses, even long shirts will totally work with leggings.

i tried some on with like gym shorts and i thought it was very cute..!!!.....but it seems like thats a NO-NO... well...i tried them with a long sweater toos, and my sister was like i look funny, and now i don't even wear them...cuz i really need advice on HOW i should wear them.... |

Okay, I'm exaggerating, but seriously, if you think you look good in shorts with leggings, by all means, wear it like that. I won't judge you; I'll admire your bravery. Although uh...gym shorts? You mean the flimsy, athletic type? I don't know, that doesn't sound too appealing...I'd wear them with a short with more substance like Lindsay has. |

obviously it looks weird because you're wearing leggings with gym shorts, goddamnit. they are suppose to be wore with shorts like this or this. even demin shorts, but i think it looks kinda tacky so i prefer shorts similar to what lindsay lohan is wearing. shorts look better with tights instead of leggings that end mid-calf and paired with heels or boots.
