First you need an animation program like Jasc Animation Shop 3 or Adobe Imageready.

That is called an animation, like the person above me said you need Animation shop 3 or Imageready. You can try to find some free animation programs.

i have imageready..that should work? it will make the flashing ones too?

^ It'll make the flashing ones depending on the layers and frame set you use.
