don't you just hate being bailed on? like you have all of your plans set up, you cancel on a few people that also want to spend time with you just so that you can still have the plans you made, only to get the whole "SIKKKEE, i can't anymore, something came up". I HATE THAT. my supposed closest friend & i were going to go zebra costume shopping for halloween, we spend all of cooking class planning everything out, i call her after school & she says "oh, dude, i can't anymore". NO APOLOGY. nothing. i am so pissed off. mad.gif

My friends sometimes call to cancel like, two hours before. Or, they just never call to tell me stubborn.gif So about half the people planned never show up.

My friends cancel on me a lot, but I also find myself having to cancel things a lot too. It's life. Things happen.

One time I drove and hour and half to go to a concert with my friend and her cousin, so we had three tickets. Turns out that her cousin brought her friend with and even though they said "Oh it's okay you guy buy tickets at the door" the tickets were gone, so her cousin used my ticket and I had to drive back home.

I tend to have that kind of bad luck too. Either that or they cancel on me and THEN they go with some other plans. mellow.gif

perhaps you're the one being 'thoughtless.' ever think of that? maybe that individual really did have something come up, and couldn't spend their valuable time with pathetic people like you. quit the whining. suck it up. that's life. move on.

It happens. It depends on the exact situation on how irritated I get though, like what we were supposed to do or whatever or if they actually have a valid excuse as for why they had to bail...
