I was wondering, are there any foods that you can eat to help you focus better on studying or foods that help you stress less before a big exam? _smile.gif

Nuts and yogurt usually work. Nothing too heavy that makes you feel uncomfortable.

I have fruit, it seems to make me more.. concentrated? relaxed?
Actually it may be better to be alert.. but oh well, when I'm relaxed I can go through it all without panicking.
