i think the real issue is that there may be others more qualified and available for the job. you go through this tiring hiring process and so many qualified people get rejected. and then one person who did get hired is no where to be found.

^Yep exactly.

As its been brought up before; look at the last hiring we had. It was like a big waste of time o_O I think only like 3 people stayed from the last hiring?

woah 3 people stayed out of the 12 that were hired!

haha I agree, you guys all did _smile.gif Everyone else I think it was activity that was the biggest issue. School coming up and so many of us in AP courses and its a huge work load.

^haha yea seriously, I would love them back on staff :D

Fine, I suppose. You do have a very valid point Josh, but as I said. Everyone likes equality and to be able to see everyone. Activity is something that is looked at because when they were hired in the hiring sessions they agree to being active, and if they didn't have time for createblog then they didn't need to put in a application. _smile.gif

But sometimes, you don't know if you're going to be inactive or not. That's the problem. It can happen to anyone but then again, it should be fixed.

Yes thats why we have two absent threads on the forums, one backstage and one in the lounge. o_O which reminds me I need to re-make that..

Anyway I agree with Trish, below me _smile.gif Anyone has anything further about what I was talking about feel free to PM me _smile.gif

Shouldn't there be a list of all current moderators?

Also I'd like to say Holly and Mona have been doing a very good job. For Holly, She's been extremely active and she is contributing a lot. For Mona, She's been doing a great job on getting the forums back to normal.

For the rest of the staff, to be honest I haven't really seen any activity from the rest of the staff. Just seems to be Holly and Mona.

So, I haven't been here in a while and just came back. o.O

*scratches head and segues to Mod Performance*

I'm not sure what's been going on, but based on the perception I have from reading through the forums a bit, Holly has been doing a really good job here.
