^it's like a tutorial slideshow thing. It shows you how to make cursors in photoshop. Just click the next step as you finish with the first...

okay.. step one says;
first download the attached plugin and put it in the directory but i don't know how/where to download the attached plugin thing. i looked in my "file formats" folder, but i dont have one that says cursor "/ |
