I was watching Buffy the other night - the one where Buffy sleeps with Angel. Angel experiences a moment of true happiness (not sure as to the exact placement of said happiness but you get the picture) and as a consequence his curse is lifted and he loses his soul; becoming the demon he was always meant to be (Angelus).
Yes, that was random but it made me think. Ian came home to visit me for the first time in a month last weekend. The huge bear hug he gave me at the train station could have lasted a lifetime; as could have the moment he wrapped me in his arms and held me for the longest time when we got home. Can you think of a moment of true happiness that you have experienced? |
