i can't seem to UNHIDE Options

hey there, in my layout it hides my music player. and i want to UNHIDE it, im not sure if it's only hiding in IE because, im on IE now, but i want to UNHIDE it in IE. i've been trying to look for the code in here, and idk where it is. can someone help?
