Um... guys are still supposed to be able to feel even if they're wearing a condom. It may be less pleasurable, but it's definitely more safe than having unprotected sex. Go to a health clinic. Normally you can get like 10 good quality ones for like a dollar. They're cheap but that's cause its a health clinic but they work because it's a health clinic haha. & the guy should be able to feel something fosho.
