Noob, read my edit. And who doesn't know Japanese? Come on, we're Asian. =_= Notice how I didn't mention Vietnamese?
Well (oh look, story time!), back in the day I did contact Jusun and even though at times it took at most a week for a response, it was still discussed. But even then, there wasn't so much to discuss about. I mean, I was there when xanga was still fairly popular and people were slowly shifting to myspace. |

Well, now it consists of discussion and then a PM to Jusun because they think that everything they do can't be undone. They say "well, what if Jusun doesn't like it?" Um, well, he wouldn't have you in charge if he didnt trust your judgment and it's not like it can't be removed. |

I don't now it does seem like Admins get to make the final decision. Or well Head staff/admins/mentors all discuss things ultimately in the new boardroom (locked for only them to see).. Like we were discussing things about Josh becoming an IT guy, and its like we had to wait around for a admins and head staff to state their opinion of the situation and well at that point if you don't agree with their opinion then well we had to change theirs to get our idea consider faster it seems.
At least I'm sure Spencer, Steven, and Michelle can back me up there. When I think of an admin or head staff position I just think of it was more responsibility around the forum, you have more work on your shoulders and more ground to cover. Admins have some bigger duties with the admin cp.. |

^Wouldn't it be the same thing as y'all having to wait for Suzy Q to come on yesterday or whenever to discuss everything that happened?

Wow, way to prove a point.
I can't believe she is still looked to to make the decision in this case, or any for that matter, after all the shit she's said has been made public. Who fucking cares that it wasn't in plain view? That shows that you can't handle yourself and the views of others by voicing your opinion in public. |

Well, at least for the first time in the 2 years she's been corrupting the staff. Funny that it worked out to be the exact same time she was put on blast. But in all honesty I don't know whats going on with Suz right now. |

I'm actually not on staff, and I'm not in-between either, just Jusun is the only one who can demote Admins.
I stepped down because I was sick of crap and it was getting difficult trying to act like I got along with someone I didn't. There were a lot of decisions made that I didn't support at all but I just figured I wouldn't make a huge deal out of it. A lot of people made hugeeeee deals out of things and I'm not entirely sure why. One person in particular got so mad and so worked up about every little thing that I was just forced to go along with whatever she said because if I didn't, I'd get bitched out or something and it wasn't worth it to fight about it. It was getting way too dramatic. It's not supposed to be dramatic, it's supposed to be fun. I dreaded coming online because I wouldn't want to see the next incredible revelation that someone had come to or the next little issue that people were fighting about. It's too ridiculous. I started asking why too much. I just didn't like it anymore. Pretty much the same reasons as Kara from what I've gathered. Christina I have your Christmas card too! And Jusun's! They're both on my shelf. Yours is so cute; I love your little snowman. |

No offense Sammi, but you definitely didn't give the outward appearance of a good or strong leader. Also a lot of the things you said sounded completely reiterated from someone else. It seemed as if nothing you said was an original though. I know if someone beats you to the punch on your idea, that kinda sucks, but it's not hard to mention something no one else has. I'm sure I gave you a great deal of hell and probably didn't help your stay on staff. To all the people I gave a hard time to (with exception of my recent hard time givings), I apologize. When I got into the whole "take james down" thing, I got really wrapped up in fighting crime amongst staff.
I look back and realize that I was kinda a puppet to Suzzette, and I was easily taken in by my love of arguing (be it rational or irrational). I know that's no excuse for the huge dick I probably was to people, and that it's my fault for letting myself get sucked in. My bad :) Anyways, anyone know when Jusun's going to get on and demod Suzzette? |
