Well, I was seriously considering a position on staff, but getting revenge on the staff for all the little bull shit things they have pulled was far more enjoyable. The topic in the feedback section about them considering my "promotion" to staff was just one more reason to do it. All my points have come across in this final attack.

I hope you (everyone who sat upon their "thrown") all realize that hiring seasons are full of something called bull shit. Seeing as over 80% of the people you hired in the last season either quit, were fired, or completely screwed you over.

Mona, you are perhaps the only staff member that I ever liked. You're always trying to understand the situation. You're always putting others ahead of yourself. This is good. The only problem I have with you is that you don't put your foot down enough. You get pushed around so easily.

Although, I think that you have realized this already and are beginning to correct your err. I have always said, "If anyone has power, it's Mona. To bad she's not willing to use it." You have seniority and experience, but you put others on a pedestal that is to high above your own. This wouldn't be a bad thing if you were able to discern between who is truly going to make the site a better place and who is just being obnoxious by taking things far to seriously.

Hiring me wouldn't have been a bad idea. In fact, I think that when you guys (Head Staff, Admins) started leaning towards not hiring me it just pissed off these guys (Kara, Mechelle, Steven, Spencer) even more. Now, I'm not saying that I'm the reason. All I'm saying is that apparently they felt pretty strongly abotu this suggestion, and when it was shot down they probably felt like they didn't have a voice. After all, if you feel like you don't have a voice then what the hell is the point? I read through the thread about hiring me. I saw nothing but ignorance. In this situation I think that you guys should have changed when you had the chance.

Sammi, went on about how we should do what you guys want because you're "veterans".

Sandraa, I like but you aren't making a good point at all when you say:

^How does that make sense. You're just postponing things, because... you think I need more time. Ok, why do you think I need more time? You're basically saying that there is no doubt in your mind I will make a great addition to the team, but you're saying no because you want to wait without reason. Haha, I just think it's funny. Well, I'm glad you waited.

Kara, I'm disappointed that you agreed with sandraaa and her pointless post, but I think you had your reasons for thinking that waiting was a good idea. Trouble is, you should have posted them. So, unfortunately, you're in the same boat. Regardless, you redeemed yourself.

DigitalFragrance, I think I know why everyone thinks your dumb. You don't have any personalized opinions. It makes you look as if you don't have a mind of your own. The opinions that you do have are backed by... needless to say... nothing. Especially when you critiqued Holly in the hiring thread by saying, "No, she has a BAD attitude." Ok, hun, this is the internet. You can't tell who has an attitude and who does not.

^Mike, I think you're an idiot. No offense, but I wouldn't hire anyone who did not know their "stuff". This is a reason you should hire people. I know that you said that your sentence meant something totally different after Holly called you out for it, but seriously I don't want to be on people staff. I would never want to be on people staff. I wouldn't get anything done. I'm to lenient. I wouldn't give anyone mod preview unless they made fun of someone for something they couldn't change. Spamming bothers me though, but only when it's so rampant that it hijacks the topic.

Suzette, you're to secure in your administrator high-chair. Suzette, having an "I'm the admin, what I say goes!" attitude isn't going to get you anywhere with your staff. As you can see, they will easily turn on you if you piss them off to a certain point. Like I've always said, "Staff is just a title, and nothing more." It's not something special. • Trish - You unknowingly starting the topic that lit the fire for the biggest cB attack in it's website history. You started a chain reaction that encouraged staff to pull the wrong block off their jenga block tower of relationships with their staff. You helped cause the framework to collapse and the truth to flow like milk and honey. Say it with me, JENGA!!!!

This is the first and only actual attack made on cB. All others are lame excuses for "cB warefare". Those of you who call yourselves "veterans" are nothing but impostors. Unless you're Mona, you're not a veteran.

The past few days, I've really been considering stepping down. I don't like the direction the staff is going at all. That's basically it.
I've tried to fix it, as many others have, but nothing seems to work. A lot of you are hardheaded and hypocritical.
I've enjoyed my 2 1/2 years on staff. I've worked with some of the greatest staff members in cB history, and I'm sad to say that most all of them are gone now.
I don't even really know why I've stuck around so long. I thought I could affect the way the staff was going, but it just seems to get worse and worse.
A lot of the staff is corrupt, and I just never wanted to see it.
