Well first off, what are you going to use the Image Map on?
I don't use photoshop for image mapping I just hand write it, so someone else is going to have to ask you about that. |

Are you using ImageReady or Photoshop to do the image mapping? Do it in ImageReady. There's a window that tells you the dimensions and lets you input the web address. Also, when you save, you can use the save for web feature but save images and HTML. That should be the default option if you've done the image mapping properly cause ImageReady will have recognized it. You can view the image map in a web browser to see it in action and to get the code.

Photoshop and Image Ready imagemapping is almost the same.
anyways... here's a tutorial; ignore the actual image mapping part, skip down to number 5. http://www.createblog.com/tutorials/tutorial.php?id=736 hope it helps. :] |

Photoshop and Image Ready imagemapping is almost the same. It's easier to do it in ImageReady.anyways... i have cs3 and there is no imageready Wow, I didn't realize that. Use an online image mapper if all else fails.http://www.isdntek.com/tagbot/imap.htm http://www.imagemap.info/image-map-editor.htm http://www.pangloss.com/seidel/ClrHlpr/imagemap.html etc. |
