Well, to my most honest perspective, i absolutely enjoy the magnificent sensation of a wooden/cardboard tampon. To the greatest excess i use every single one of them, hoping that my daughter will not confiscate these precious valuables from my most deepest possession. If hence, my offspring confiscates the most important piece of my life, i shall be permitted, by law, to exterminate their facial features.

info about tampons and TSS

The main cause of TSS is a common bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus. It is thought the bacteria produces toxins (poisons) which cause the symptoms of TSS. Tampons may facilitate the infection because their use may cause lacerations and ulcerations of the vaginal wall. These lacerations allow bacteria to enter into the vaginal wall. Super absorbent tampons are especially dangerous, because as in some cases they expand so much they actually stick to the vaginal wall. When the tampon is removed, a layer of the vaginal lining may be scraped or peeled off.

The risk of TSS can be greatly reduced by following the recommended tampon guidelines:

. Avoid super absorbent tampons.

. Alternate the use of tampons with sanitary napkins or mini-pads during your period.

. Never leave a tampon inserted overnight.

. Change tampons frequently, at least every 4-6 hours.

. When inserting a tampon, be extremely careful not to scratch the vaginal lining. Plastic applicators may cause an increased risk because of the sharp edges produced when opening the applicator. If your vagina seems dry, use a water-soluble lubricating jelly to ease insertion.

. Do not use a tampon between periods because it may dry out the vagina.

. Use 100% cotton tampons instead of those made with synthetic materials.

Estimated 1-17 women in 100,000 a year menstruating, can contract TSS

TAMPONS CAN NOT, AND WILL NOT POP YOUR CHERRY

I use cardboard as a last resort.

Like when I was in Disney and my flow was basically a river running out of my vaj, I had to use a bunch of the cardboard ones.

The cardboard doesn't stay in your vagina though, so I don't see why all you people are freaked out. It is only the applicator/inserter thing that is actually cardboard.

Cardboard can be pretty uncomfortable to put in XD.gif I like the pearls... but that may just be because I don't have a heavy flow.

you can break your hymen... but breaking your hymen by using a tampon does not constitute as popping your cherry.

there is a better choice of words for such an occasion.
like
"break your hymen"
not "pop your cherry".

I DO KNOW! I even know that you have to stick it all the way in otherwise it hurts like a mothereffer. on top of that, you're not supposed to remove it until it gets completely soaked cause then it'll ALSO hurt like a mothereffer.

trust me, i know a lot about tampons. DON'T LET MY GENDER MISLEAD YOU!
