AP ART IS NO JOKE.

Which one are you doing? Drawing? 2D? 3D?
What's your concentration? Need ideas? Pieces for the 3 categories (quality, concentration, breadth)? WIP's? Portfolio critiques? Post them :)


Anyway, I'm currently taking drawing. Concentration is asian culture...yeah mine is really broad. My friend's concentration is portrait. Lol 12 portraits of herself.

LOL my theme is Chinese culture too...

Anyway, I think this piece will be in our "quality" portion of the portfolio. Took around a week in class? It's due on Monday and I'm not done ahhhhh and then we have another concentration piece due on Wednesday that I haven't started yet either! AHHHH

Images taken in classroom lol, there were like 5 of us bringing cameras and taking pics of it so we could bring it home to drae..

Does anyone know a site where you can see past AP 2D Design art pieces that got a 4s or 5s? :o I'm getting a little nervous, and I'm planning to focus on digital photography, but I don't know what cuts for a good piece. :/

Unfortunately, no >_< I'll ask my teacher tomorrow, though.

Actually, you can look at my school's electronic media portfolios (if you want). We have ONLY scores of 4-5, and we only had one four last year (I believe).

Here is a self-portrait contest for you artists to look into. I won honorary mention last year (along with 2 other kids from my school; another girl from my school who was in AP last year won second place)
