I really like The OC & Veronica Mars icons. o.O I don't like the Supernatural one, it seems like a lot of exclusion or too pale-y dark? But I do like the 5th one though.
You should submit them to CB instead of posting them on showcase booth unless you want C&C about it. |

Can I have permission to add some effects on one icon? =D
I have to agree with sang. Alot of these look.. pale =/ I cant put my finger on it, but it may be the exclusion and coloring. I suggest you try using some different methods of icon-ing. Such as using colors, softlight layers, overlay, multiply, colorburn, and using the curves, or duplicating the orginal base, and setting it to screen to make the icon much brighter. |

I was afraid to brighten them too much because I'm on my friends computer and her monitor is darker than mine. thank you for the suggestions |

Okay. I tried using one of your images, but they are already icon-nized it looked odd trying to add some other effects.
This is what I made in about one minute. ![]() See how there is alot of contrast, and alot of sharpness. Alot of details are pretty key in what you want accomplished. I recommend you stop colorizing the whole icons, (unless it just looks right) (orginal image) http://img528.imageshack.us/img528/10/bell39ow8.jpg |
