I read, or watch random movies, or I surf the interweb....whatever, as long as it makes me tired. I get it frequently, and most times I just lie in bed and stare at the ceiling.

Lay there and think of stuff. If I get out of bed to do something when I can't sleep I'll never get to bed. I'll try to watch TV and before I know I'll still be sitting there watching it or walking around the house, or end up walking around outside naked or something... like sleepwalkers. Ick, that would suck to sleepwalk and do crazy stuff in your sleep...
I'd much rather not be able to get to sleep, hah. |

Counting sheep doesn't work...at all. I've tried numerous times. I usually put on the tube until I fall asleep, and hope it works.
