I just recently found out that my advanced chorus teacher is actually one of the music composers for the spider man movies. ohmy.gif (He composed the music for the Harry and Peter building fight scene as well as the one where Sandman was in the train.) Anyway, do you guys attend school or work with anyone in the industry or famous?

My graphic design teacher created the Kansas City logo and got paid $10,000 for it.

Being from a small town does nothing. I'll let you know when our best football players from high school make it into the NFL, but I'm assured it'll happen.

No! I'm just kidding. He isn't that bad, but he's seriously a boring kid IRL, haha... I don't see how /why he made those videos (even though I don't find any of them funny...) I've known him since probably... 2nd grade. >_<

I used to work in a hotel where celebrities stay all the time. Johnny Depp also messed that hotel up while high and drunk and was charged $10,000 for damage.

my hubby and i have worked in music through most of our adult lives, and with doing so, we've met a lot of famous people, and spent time with a lot of famous people. (mostly rock artists)

a few bands we've met and hung out with:

Rob Zombie
Fair To Midland
Evans Blue
Disturbed (actually hubby's entire band themselves do work with disturbed on some things)
10 years
we used to be roommates with Jason and Brad from Chiodos

just to name a few.

when it's something that is a normal occurance like this tho, you just shake their hand "nice to meet ya" and don't really talk about the music or the band life.

Wow, thats really cool :)

The only people I can think of would be all the pistions players, they had an autograph signing and me, my mom and my friend talked to some of them like Ben Wallace, Rasheed Wallace, Rip Hamilton, Chauncy Billups.

I could have met Eva Longoria because she sat in out seats at a pistons game but that was the game we unfortunally missed :( (we went there the next game and someone who also owns season tickets by our seats told us)
