I have a theory.

I think "Edward" is a transvestive.
Think about it.
What man is that moody?
Christ, he has more PMS moments than I do, and I'm a woman!
Also-
he wears sweaters.
End.
Of.
Story.
No ((straight)) man wears a sweater.
Not even all WOMEN wear sweaters.
Ew.
And have you ever wondered why he never lets anyone touch him?
He's afraid they'll find out he's secretly a girl!
>=O
...that silly tranny vampire.

So yeah.
I think he's a woman.
<3

I know a lot of guys that wear sweaters. Are they women, too?

Jake was just upset because he wishes that he had imprinted on Bella.

Wishes. Poor boy.

And I refuse to believe that Edward's a transvestite. Seriously. He likes sweaters! Come on, what else are you going to wear when you're a permanent-frozen-yet-able-to-move statue?!

Yeah, like, why else would they even sell sweaters for men if it weren't socially accepted for men to wear them? Seriously. Men in sweaters are haawwwtttt. Especially if that man is Edward Cullen. wub.gif

I was re-reading New Moon...

here are some qoutes that I liked...

"I look at it more as a price" pg.471

"It was much more pathetic than hearing voices. And ,of course, you know I do that, too." pg. 528

"So eager for eternal damnation" pg.546

Stephenie Meyer said at a book signing...

But basically, the question was Will Bella ever be with Jacob? and her short-version answer was She'll be with Edward. (NOTE: I don't recall her saying the word "No" so I'm going to take that as J/B will maybe be together but it'll ultimately be E/B.) This is the transcript for what she said right after:

Steph: These things surprise me. It's so funny because as an author, you think that you've made yourself very clear only to find that you're totally obtuse all the time. I thought that was very clear and I've seen speculation online all over the place. "In the next book, if Bella and Jacob gets together..." and it's like, "I thought that ship has sailed." *Steph does an O_o look and the crowd laughs :/* So I don't know, but apparently there's a lot more mystery than I thought but no, Bella definitely made a very firm decision at the end of Eclipse.

I don't think so. Been there, done that. Bella testing her options and making her mind up completely was what Eclipse was all about, and it would be incredibly redundant if there was a repercussion of the B/J fling. And besides, B/E are way too far into their relationship (aka they're getting married within a month after Eclipse) for her to change her mind again. And Jacob's already off to God knows where...

But who knows.

If there is another B/J fling, I think I'm going to burn the book. Well, not really but I really can't stand love triangles. Besides, Bella did make up her decision in Eclipse, I think that was the whole point, or at least part of the whole point, for Eclipse.

I doubt there will be another B/J fling. Errr, let's hope not..

I don't want there to be another JakexBella situation. It gets tiring reading about it after a while.

I hate AND love Jacob. His personality is amazing, in my opinion. Not as amazing as Edward's though. wub.gif
I just hate that he was made up for the sole purpose of damaging Edward's feelings for all eternity! >:[ Heh, okay not really but still I don't know why Stephenie decided to write about love triangles. It's still annoying me. >.<

But I do agree with you, breakingdawn. ^^ :D

Yes.

I'm tired of EdwardxBella, actually. Bella + Jake = Soul mates. Edward + Bella = Drug addiction. Is it weird to anyone else that this book is entirely about the wrong kind of love?

I wanted to throw my book into the Yangze River after that last chapter with Jake. Depressed the living hell out of me. I was all mopey and lovelorn.

I like Edward, but I just like Jake more. I don't think I've once felt bad for Edward the entire book, the only time I ever really liked him was when he told Jake he would break his jaw if he ever forced himself on Bella again, and then again when he and Jake were joking around a bit when Jake was snuggling up on Bella to keep her warm.

Edit: Oh Shit, I just wrote that in a Edward fan post.

No need to be scared, Kayleigh. XD.gif I never thought of the books that way but after reading your post I can definitely see that. I've never felt bad for Edward either. I would say that there's no reason to feel sorry for him, but there is. I just don't empathize with him. After all, Bella chooses him every time. Jake has no one.

sorry to break it to you, but EDWARD IS THE BEST

I felt bad for Edward in the book. I've been where he has, where you think that you're not what's good for them, but they still love you no matter what. And I mean seriously that's the one true from of love, selfless love _smile.gif Bella and Jacob would just not do it, I mean really, sure Jake is cute and sweet, but he is so annoying... SHe said back of, She wants Edward not you... EDWARD, just let it drop, you seem pathetic...

lol, just had to rant a little there.... biggrin.gif

I'm not sure about Stephenie Meyer not liking him, but it doesn't matter that he's French since he's fluent in English. But she definitely said she would not allow an actor over 21 to play Edward, and Gaspard is older than that.

HEY! I'm Rob! I'm new here so I'm really not sure if this has already been posted, but there is 20 pages of stuff and I really dont feel like reading them all. lol.

EDIT: Now Stephenie Meyer has said on her page about about the Twilight Movie that Gaspard Ulliel is out of the picture. But she doesn't understand the movie magic. For example, in the hit TV series "Kyle XY", 24 year old Matt Dallas plays a 17 year old Kyle. And its believable. Its all because of movie magic. It CAN be pulled off perfectly. Age doesn't count.

heres some stuff that I made for the Gaspard Ulliel Petition: (and if you havent already signed it, SIGN IT!

This is straight out of Stephanie Meyer's movie page on her Site:
QUOTE(from Stephanie Meyers movie page on her site)
Before I go any further, I need to put in a big disclaimer:
*** My opinions on the movie matter to no one. I have no influence on what goes on with the movie at all. No one is going to ask who I think should star in Twilight.***

Meaning that NO ONE is out of the picture when it comes to the studio casting the Movie.

And as for Age, Stephanie Meyers doesn't understand the concept of "movie magic". For example, in the hit T.V. series "Kyle XY", 24 year old Matt Dallas plays a 17 year old Kyle. And it's 100% completely believable. Its all because of movie magic. It CAN be pulled off perfectly. Age doesn't count.
And yes, I know I already posted that.
