1. tan 2. squeeze
that's all i do. tan to reduce the appearance; since you'll be darker and all. and then i just squeeze out whatever else i can ![]() yeah I'm serious, I really hate blackheads; but i've stopped worrying about them because NO ONE ELSE CAN SEE THEM most of the time. so you can stop worrying about them too; no one looks at your face as closely as you do in the mirror. |

I use to squeeze them until the goo finally popped out of the black head (sorry,, haha, that sounds gross)
Anyways, those Biore pad things that you put on your nose work pretty well. They sometimes are able to rip that goo out of the pore and after you rip off the patch, you see it on there. yeah. ![]() |

apply lemon on your nose.
the acid makes your skin smoother, reduce blemishes, and even makes blackhead softer to squeeze out. |

SQUEEZE!
And if I can't get it out... I just use a scrub. I'm not sure if it works, but I have clear skin, so... shrug* |

Does the acid harm your skin in any way? Long term uses will harm you skin which does affects the immune system according to dermatology research. It is best not to use it everyday. It is perfectly okay to use once a week. Sorry, I don't have/remember the website to prove this statement. It's an article I read about a couple months ago. Not all acid harm your skin. Other than that, there are alternative tips to remove blackhead which is listed in Health Tip thread. I know one tip is to boil hot water to steam your face which makes blemishes softer, open your pores, and etc then extract the blemish. |

Of course it's a genius. at the same time, it removes your skin natural defense and makes it more vulnerable for bacteria growth to colonize.
People dont understand the negativity of positivity. |

^So are you anti-exfoliating?
Deffinately try the Biore pore strips, I use Biore products. Or you could try an on-the-spot salicylic acid treatment (like the Clean & Clear ones). |

No. They're quite fun. The problem is that it's too effective. Yes, that's a great thing to achieve your target but at the same time, you're hurting your own skin that is relying too much on products to the point when your skin becomes weaker and lacking oil. Skin needs to breathe and needs a break! It’s a living organ. It works hard to combat toxicity, impurities, and etc.
An alternative method is using toothbrush w/ face wash to manually exfoliate these substances. This allows your face treatment effectively work into your pores. The toothbrush will makes your skin smoother, glow, and healthier. there's nothing wrong with the strip but it's important to stay natural with your skin so it doesnt become too dependent on products. proactiv is an addictive products. |

Oatmeal Facial
Some people mix some honey in it, which is nourishing to the skin. Mix enough hot water with 2 minute oatmeal to make a paste. Smooth on the skin and leave until dry. Then use a dry washcloth to rub the skin. This will remove a lot of the blackheads. Then rinse the remaining residue from the skin. |

Elmer's glue! Haha, spread it on your blackheads, let it dry, and then peel it off. The blackheads will peel off as well if they aren't too deep.

it depends on why type of blackheads you have...if they're the shallow type you can buy clean and clear oil blotting sheets and use tha on ur nose. but if you have deep plugs..then u'll have to manually remove them..like buy a stick with a loop at the end and remove them. but i suggest the best best way is to get a facial..
