I think you should certainly go to the doctors to be sure. 4 months is a huge gap between, and I think you should go see the doctors soon.
Changing eating habbits also affects your period. Best to seek a doctor. |

well u have had your period since 13 so it's not like your period could still be irregular. but yes diet, stress, changing ur habits can affect your period i believe. and since u have never had sex than you are not pregnant. I agree. Its normal especially if you have more stress/different diets etc. I too, have missed my period a few times (I never had sex) and everything was fine. |

You might need birth control to regulate your period. It's unusual for it to be 4 months difference, especially if you've had it consistently for 3 years o_0 Definitely check it out with a doctor, too.
