yesterday went to the gym for two hours, today i played ball at the park in pickup games for another two.INTENSE.i have a sixpack now =)

Walking all around the hospital, taking stairs instead of elevators, and yea.

I feel lazy. I used to swim two hours a day but I stopped. Now, the only exercise I get is chasing my dog in the yard.

5 hour dance conditioning. We did around 500 situps (different kinds), god knows how many pushups, weighted combinations across the floor (dancing with 8 pound ankle weights on each leg), etc.

So freaking sore.

yesterday, got to 'school' at 7am which was actually a friend's house, skipped class with him until 2pm. ran around and did illegal business!

calories burned: more than what's humanly possible
