how do u make a JPG's files smaller in size lyke say ish 900kb. ..buh u want it tew bee 200kb. . .cuhz im TRYiN tew upload it on photobucket buh den it keeps resizin it en yeah. . .cuhz i wanna put it in mai xanga !!! so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me!

You'd have to get a program that resizes images. Try IrfanView from download.com. I have it, and it's free. It easily resizes the images. If you type in the size of the desired width, it'll calculate the size of the height for you.

Noo. . .it doesnt work. . .cuhz my pix ish ANiMATED !! =/ do u have lyke a.thang dat can make da size(KB, MG, Bytes, ETC) smaller ov an animation pix ?
