i go out man and it like what, around near 95 degrees? and i see dudes rocking hoodies .. this is a joke .. is their body winter or some shit?? shit how do they walk around, ain't they hot? i mean cmon all u need is a wife beater with shorts and your good for that weather .. why a hoodie?? makin a fool of themselves .. shit is this julember? smfh .. if ya guys think this is dumb go post and agree

 Although I'm normally cold so maybe thats why? Of course sometimes it does get a little hot and a way to humid so I just wear light jackets.
