Mods are members, also. So member bashing is not allowed, as always. Don't make it a personal vendetta, please. Keep the bashing at 0%, please.

Any moderator has the right to close and unpin this thread at the signs of bashing, pointlessness, and/or any other guideline breaker.

I do hope this works out. I want to stress that this is not the place for personal attacks. If you really have to, keep it in the PM system between you and the mod. This thread is here to help mods work better with members.

I'm not seeing why how and when Rebecca gets on cB is relative? She's explained why she logs in invisible at all times, but really you could just accept it instead of acting like what she does is wrong. I know I made the topic earlier, but really, it's her business. If she chooses to get on at work, let her. She's still here, right?

I'm sorry but when you say that it just makes it sound like since the admins dont ever show up around then when members need them then the head staff gets to do to the dirty work.

well, to be quite honest...thats how i always viewed heads. or at least when i was.

Like, i consdier the admins the ones that take care of major changes...new/rearranged forums, official members (changing statuses, the stuff i said before) blah blah blah...

and heads can deal with ... "the dirty work"...?
but i mean, the admins are always around...and posting.

Honeslty when i just want to talk to a admin i just go down to the active members to see if their online and if their not online I usually give up.

Kiera - Most commonly its nice to see her even post a few times a day. I mean really really recent shes posted a little more but i mean I would have to give it time to see it stay.

Rebecca - Pretty much the same thing as Kiera, your lucky to see her post around a lot in the public forums. Although most of the time if Rebecca is going to be inactive she'll tell the public..

Suzzette, I actually get a lot of PMs from people asking questions. I just don't say when and every time I do because that is just something inherent of being on staff.

Bottom line, I'm really sorry that being invisible seems problematic to you, but that is just my preference in forum logging. It has been for a long time and the brief time I wasn't was the work situation I cited.

I'm not worried about jobs and what not, since the type of work I do requires getting things done and if they're done there is no problem. It's the privacy that bothers me and unfortunately they have every right to monitor what I do when I'm using their systems/networks.

The Admins have as much right as anyone else to log in how, where, and hen they want to. If this had CAUSED a problem, I may see a point here, but it hasn't. This is al entirely conjecture.

As for invisibility - I think it'd be best if we just keep it this way: If a mod who is signed on as invisible sees NO OTHER mods, then change their status to visible. That way, other members will be comfortable knowing there's someone there.

It wouldn't be fair if mods were not allowed to sign in under invisible. There are circumstances where people just need to sign in as invisible (and I don't feel like listing them).

Well, I'm here at my job. My boss is sitting over my shoulder laughing at the things that I type. He thinks that the site is entertaining. Hell, he loves that the both of us are getting paid for typeing profain things on a website full of bitchy little teens while the adults who supervise the website are so addicted to the website that they sneak it like fifteen-year-old drinking a soda bottle full of liquor in highschool. He knows that we'll never be fired, because even his boss thinks it's funny.

I have a few things to say.

1. Yeah, it's lame that the admin staff tends to sign in on invisible. I just don't see how your boss will find out if you're set to invisble or not. You want to patrol the forums at your job. Suck it up and deal with it. You're the admin, and you accepted that responsibility. If you don't want people messaging you when you're on the forum then drop the title. Let someone who's willing to do the job hold the title. *cough* brownsugar *cough*

2. For those of you taking responsibilty for admin staff. Tell the people who are messaging you that the admin staff are set to invisible, and tell those individuals they should message the admins. In fact, sence Rebbecca is so bent on not recieving messages while at work. I think you should spitefully have them forward their messages to her. That will solve the problem. After a few hundred messages I'm sure being an admin will loose it's glossy shine. They might just dropdown. Good news for you though, because now you can take their possition.

I just wanna point out that dude Spencer or w/e his username might me, turns to be the nr1 jackass on this forum, i mean HELLO? a such called People Staff spamming the forum with so much BS and cussing like crazy, to me any Staff members should be a role model for the others in order to have some things to learn and ofcourse some balance, but wtf they can learn from someone whom is posting only dirty bshlt like "you look like a slut" and many others that i really don't have time to list now, i'm starting to think all these Staff Positions are given on how stupid the person is and not on any such called "skills" they may have.
