Help on parts of my layout Options

Alright, this css has been completely tampered with but I need help. It started out a skinny profile, and I have no clue how to UNDO that. When you're looking at it, my main pic is super tiny and I don't know how to make it bigger. Also, if anyonnnneee could PLEASE help me with making the tables a wee bit bigger. I've tried different sizes but there are so many I totally forgot which is for which. Please help! Thanks!
