Honestly, you both are right...
In my opinion though people staff need to have better people skills than design staff. I mean the position name says it all People staff, your dealing with other people all the time. You need to be able to carry on conversations and be personable with others. Although with design staff, yes you need to have people skills. But your not sitting there everyday fulfilling conversations with people that your helping. The only people your really talking to conversation wise is the other staff members. Design staff calls for you to go through the queue, accepting/rejecting layouts, graphics, tutorials, and top sites if their still around. Of course design staff could easily go in to the community forums and so on and so on. But I'm only looking at is if the person was ONLY doing what their job needs them to do. |

although only Kaycee and Sammi are on...I think more of the final decision is left up to the head staff and admins...so...they possibly couldn't even know either. |

^For sure..at least I would hope..To many people on design staff really makes it seem crowded in there...and then people are fighting over topics..like they'll post the answer and then there is someone else on staff that goes in there and posts like the same exact thing >_>
