Well, one easy way is to find a video to GIF converter (one that works), crop your video/edit your video, then convert.
But one thing I've done before is capture it frame by frame, which probably sounds a lot more difficult, but not really when it's a short gif. You can use VirtualDubMod for that, it's great quality, but may take longer than some other pgorams like a video player that captures screen shots. Then after the frame by frame thing, crop, edit, resize, whatever, and then animate them in an animation prog. |
