i like to know his grades, citizens, and staff's comments about him.

If it's shoes great sign of him, it reveals something.

in my old h.s any one that posed a threat got expelled too. its just the matter of safety to the students and staff members. but i do agree w. him being able to walk across the stage.

But you see a majority of the school is Asian and making a map of some place isn't uncommon or unfounded..

BTW he had good grades, he is smart

I think they definitely overreacted, but that's great that they're letting him walk with his class.

Decorative swords? C'mon now... :-/

They seriously overreacted there. I know everyone's all paranoid after the VT shootings, but honestly expelling him was really harsh. And decorative swords? Please, if he's had them for a period of time and hasn't used them why should they be a threat now?

I know that I'm assuming here, but I'm pretty sure that looking good to the parents was part of deciding on such a harsh and unneessary punishment.

you think parents in general appreciate the harsh punishments this kid got?
or specifically his parents?
