I think of Hugo Weaving, which means the name is A-O-K. :P Rose, though, is eh.

What a whore. Can't even think of anything to give for her ex boyfriend birthday. "Here, just have my body." "Cool thanks." |

Pure decadence.
I feel guilty; I didn't cry when any of those characters died. I would've though, if Hermione or Ron died. My two favorite characters in the whole series, from start to finish. The ending was perfect too; although I was surprised, because I didn't know it would end up being so Disney-esque. I suppose Rowling had to satisfy her readers one way or another; she would've probably had a breakdown if she ended up killing off Harry. |

It was just a kiss between Harry and Ginny that Ron and Hermione walk in on. It was a little more lovey-dovey than I was expecting. I'm not really into HP shipping (except Lupin and Tonks).

ditto. I loved the book!! It was so amazing. I especially loved the whole Snape pensieve thing. With him loving Lily and showing their relationship. It made me happy! I second that |

Okay, I'm sorry I'm bringing this up again, but
QUOTE 'Everything was supposed to be to keep Lily Potter's son safe. Now you tell me you have been raising him like a pig for slaughter-' 'But this is touching, Severus,' Said Dumbledore seriously. 'Have you grown to care for the boy, after all?' 'For him?' shouted Snape. 'Expecto patronum!' From the tip of his wand burst the silver doe: she landed on the office floor, bounded once across the office and soared out the window. Dumbledore watched her fly away, and as her silvery glow faded he turned back to Snape and his eyes were full of tears. 'After all this time?' 'Always,' said Snape. Are you guys sure that it's about Lily? |

Man, there are SO many passages foreshadowing what happens in the 7th book. This is one I just came upon but there are others. From the 6th book, where Dumbledore and Harry have just seen Slughorn's real memory:
QUOTE But he understood at last what Dumbledore had been trying to tell him. It was, he thought, the difference between being dragged into the arena to face a battle to the death and walking into the arena with your head held high. Some people, perhaps, would say that there was little to choose between the two ways, but Dumbledore knew — and so do I, thought Harry, with a rush of fierce pride, and so did my parents — that there was all the difference in the world.

^ Yes. Because he's saying, "For him?! f**k no! Thats ridiculous! It's always been for Lily!" Come on now. Yes Kaycee. Because Snape is showing emotion at Harry being raised to die, Dumbledore thinks that he is starting to grow love or like for Harry. Snape is angry at this accusation (hence, 'FOR HIM!?!!?') and shows his patronus in the form of Lily's as a way of saying, 'NOT FOR HIM. FOR HER.' Goooooooot it. Thanks you guys. Hahah =.= im not sure if someone asked this already, but where did the names Hugo and Rose come from? do they have any significance? I've looked EVERYWHERE for a reason, interivew or MuggleCast or anything and I've gotten nada. Man, there are SO many passages foreshadowing what happens in the 7th book. This is one I just came upon but there are others. From the 6th book, where Dumbledore and Harry have just seen Slughorn's real memory: Oh, I know! I re-read Book 6 in prep for Book 7, and I recalled that exact passage when Harry decided to die. That Rowling. Daayyummm.OH BTW, is anyone here a subscriber to the podcast Mugglecast from mugglnet.com. It's freaking awesome! |

The books are so genius how little things are foreshadowing...And even when you know that about her writing you still don't catch on until the very end. It's genius. |

Ifinished the book in two days. I would have finished it the day I got it if I wasn't in the woods working at a camp. but OMG>
Snape I always liked snape from the beginning, and I knew he really was a good guy. I was really angry when they killed him off. OMG though when percy showed up at the end and it was really akward between him and his family for a few moments. Lupin's going around shouting "I've got pictures!" very loudly. that really made me laugh |

I beat you all. I read it in a day. I highly enjoyed the book - but I was bitterly disappointed in how Lupin died. It was just 'Harry saw Lupin's body' Lupin was one of my favourite characters, I wanted him to go down in a blaze of glory. |
