I'd like it if the applications weren't deleted when staff is announced, that way we can go back and look at the bullshit applications that the new staff members posted.

But yea all the application should be treated equally although a few are from people that have like never posted here before, so I guess their chances are a bit more slim than most..is all...


5 people i want to see on people staff:
I think the older crowd would be nice:
Steph - I mean I don't know here extremely well or anything but it seems like she was definitely one of the better staffies. Extremely well liked, knows whats shes doing around here.
Rachel - Even though I really didn't like her at first xD in the end I think she really sticks out. Shes been on staff and she knows what shes doing which is a good thing I think.
Elba - Same as Rachel.
Steven and Michelle - I think its really cute if they both get hired. Although I remember a while back when i was on staff Josh wasn't ever really able to be given a chance because we were in a relationship and it may cause "drama" within staff O_o
I haven't really looked at the other applications to see who would be last, I think theres a lot of good choices though so I'm kind of torn.
Although I'm sure Radhika would be a good choice, I remember her on staff. :]

Maybe myself although I may have a higher chance at design staff again xD

Their all highly intelligent and know what their talking about and I think they would all be great back or on staff for the first time. At first Mike was really questionable to ever be put on staff for breaking a few of the rules first coming and submitting although I think hes finally got it all down and knows what hes doing and would be a good contribution to the staff :]

Alvin I think has proven himself, for being here for so long and hes extremely helpful.

I'm sure everyone remembers Thomas and Ricky being on staff, and if not I certainly do. When I first got put on staff Thomas was there and he would come in and he could answer any questions that weren't answered in a instant. Ricky has awesome design skills we all know and pretty much knows how to code anything and if he gets stuck he'll ask for help or go teach himself. Which means he can make goals and he works towards them to bring out the best. :]

And well me, I don't like talking about myself because I feel like a conceited bitch xD But I do know what I'm doing and I think i proved that when I was on staff previously. If I don't know something I'll definitely take out the time to research and learn about it :]

Holly- I hope she gets the chance to be back on staff becuase she was the one who put up with me and taught me a lot of what i know

Alvin- he is great. His tips are helpful and is very active in the resource forums

Ricky- although he isn't as active i think he would do well on staff considering his knowledge exceeds almost everyone on here.

Amanda- she is so helpful, but painfully honest at times. She has a unique style.

Me- I really work well with everyone on here and i do know what i'm doing. I know how to teach and i am very active.

I can't wait to hear the results
