I think those shows give a good opportunity for aspiring artists. But the show along can't make a particular artist popular. It's the artist's job to promote themselves.
Look at Kelly Clarkson and how popular she is. That's because she works hard. Other artists rely too much on a tv show's fame to promote themselves and that's why they don't succeed. |
