Not feeling the clipping mask. Think it's a little too bright and somewhat monotoned. And the font doesn't fit with the tag? Though I do like the depth you have going on. The pen-tooled (i believe) lines are somewhat too light.

It looks okay. I like the colors but the (noise?) on the bottom right makes it look weird.

i agree with the others. The only thing i might add is a border around the image and the clipped eyes to make it stand out better.

Yeah, I agree. I think the cut-out would have looked alot better if you had cut it vertically wise, instead of horizontaly, and added a border
