First one: Its okay, very plain. I think the head in the bottom right corner looks... odd. The image placement is a little too strict, imo. Add more color, maybe a texture or a few, liven it up a bit.
Second one: Better than the first, because of the textures/colors/etc. It is a little small though. But it looks pretty good.

Mmmm...What a hottie.
Anyway, second is better than the first. I don't like the bottom right head on the first one, and it definitely needs more colors and brushes. The second is pretty nice. =] |

I like the second one better. There's more effects and I like that it has darker colors. Cool.

The 2nd one looks better but it would be nice if it was kind of bigger? The textures that you used looks great.
