They look like sunglasses with regular / clear lenses. Maybe you can work that out with your eye people?

Uuuum, check karmaloop.com, they have clothing and stuff like that model is wearing so they might have the glasses.
 EDIT: Ahhh crap, I just checked there and these were as close to them as they had -  Tough luck, sorry. |

They remind me of Steve Urkel's glasses, or the type of glasses you (read: I) see many elderly professors wearing. Try a small optical store. Bigger, more famous ones will tend to have more fashionable frames.

you could probably find them in a flea market, thrift shop, or a vintage store..iono..they seem part of the fad that's currently taking America by storm
