That shape doesn't exist, yes? I would make two shapes on two different layers: a rounded rectangle, and a sharp-edged rectangle. Once you've gotten the sizes correct to how big you want them, cut away the opposite corners. If it won't let you, rasterize the layer. I'm at my campus so I can't test it out for myself.

Select the shape tool and then select rounded rectangle. Then change the radius to quite a high value, perhaps 25-30 for that one and drag out the shape. Then select the shape, make a new layer and select the rectangular marquee tool. For the two corners you don't want to be curved, simply hold shift and add the corners back to the selection. When you're done, fill in the shape on the new layer you made and hide the first one. Job done, ;). Hope that helps.

you need to create three shapes.
one rounded rectangle. remember to adjust the radius size so that the arc is the size you want it to be. one regular rectangle. line it up so that it aligns with the top of the rounded square, but move it so that the rounded corner of your first shape remains visible. another regular rectangle. make sure it lines up with both outer edges of your first two shapes. this rectangle serves as the bottom. its very simple. |
