Codes not working? |

I got some codes from freecodesource.com, I used a generator to make my name at the top an image. And I also got a code for a comment box, and another code for a music player. For some odd reason, whenever I put these codes on my page, it appears like they are there, because space is being taken up, but there is no image at all! For example, if you look at my page on the top left there should be my name as an image. BUT its blank! Theres nothing there! But the space is being taken up! Help plz!
