If you have photoshop, use the magic wand, click on the object that you want to keep things "contained" in, and then put your desired brush in

It should work in Paint Shop Pro too since Photoshop and PSP are a bit similar.

If you have the bunny brush, you can select a texture. Here is a picture I can show you better than I can explain.



This shows the texture. Keep on the texture when you apply your brushes. it's that simple

Here is my result
