I'm making a div layout and there are parts of the image that I want to be links. How do I go about doing this?

What kind of links do you want? You can either use an imagemap (which has no hover), or use CSS to make the image links hover.

Do you mean like when you put your mouse on it, and it changes? I don't want it to do that if that's what you're saying. I just want it to be a link.

^Yeah you can, it's the easiest way to image map in my opinion.
