I'm making a div layout and there are parts of the image that I want to be links. How do I go about doing this?

What kind of links do you want? You can either use an imagemap (which has no hover), or use CSS to make the image links hover.

Do you mean like when you put your mouse on it, and it changes? I don't want it to do that if that's what you're saying. I just want it to be a link.

I think you're referring to an image map. You can image map online using the Pcoward image mapper which only works in Internet Explorer. Or you can learn to map in ms paint using this tutorial. Or if you have Adobe Image Ready you can use this tutorial.
