xD I would love a boyfriend who asked me to play Halo with him...and not laugh at me when I lose miserably...and then play MarioKart with me so I can laugh at him when he loses.

I knew most of this and I try my best not to do any of these whatsoever! Number 2 is VERY true. I guess it's just how us girls work...kinda sucks how friends usually cause the drama. I have no problem with Number 5 since my guy and I barely go out (both of us are busy most of the time) and when we he does, he pays and sometimes I pay. I have no problem with that. I guess it's mutual understanding.

QUOTE 5. Last but certainly not least is the loss of chivalry. Girls do not seem to appreciate a guy going out of his way to make sure he opens every door and pays for everything. Ladies, you may not particularly like someone buying you things or seeming like you need a guy to do things for you but you have to shut up and deal with it. In reality, we know that you're more than capable of paying your own way, opening your own heavy door and getting in the car yourself. But understand that if a guy is doing this for you, he is making an effort to treat you right. So for you to actually show your annoyance is a huge disrespect. thats so weird... i was just doing that to my friend. i was being so hard headed about him getting me something fer a late b-day presant. i kept on telling him not to get me anything but he insisted =T ill tell him sorry tomarrow. lmao! thanks fer the advice ![]() |

Mmk, this helps. :)
And yes, when I get a boyfriend, I WILL play Halo with them!! haha, actually i've never played halo, just halo 2... i like lockout the best.. my faaaavorite map. though i'm quite horrible at the game... Anyhow, i'm getting off topic... so back ON topic I think this helps a lot for people who are like 12/13 (as myself... being 13) like with the whole... "not dating yet" thing (cuz i've never had a boyfriend yet... and i kinda still don't even need one) so that we know how to be when we do have them. but do guys hate it when you like say mean things about your ex once in a while? jw... cuz i don't see how it would make him feel bad if you said, "i don't know anybody fagottier than that guy... except my ex. hehe" (bad example... first thing that came to mind) I mean, just so long as its not excessive or anything. |

QUOTE(angel_revelation @ May 28 2005, 02:22 AM) i actually find the opening doors thing (at least too often) and pulling out chairs type of thing annoying. i mean, i can do it myself ![]() Lol thats the same way I feel but I guess if he wants to go all out and open the door and pull out my chair I guess I could get use to it. Nice post. |

nicely put. but...i truly feel stupid sitting in the car waiting for him to : turn off the car, close his door, walk around, and open my door, and let him watch me step out. it feels...uncomfortable. |

Dobby loves to open car doors, and iron shirts, clean toilets, scrub tile, drink bile, vaccuum cobwebs, vanish monsters, anything for the lady house elf... But also for Harry Potter...
