I'm going to have an interview tomorrow at Starbucks. Will you guys be my supporter?

Actually, i need some tips to enhance the interview mood and atmosphere.

What should i talk about or include to the interview?

Sex.

:)

Seriously though, be confident. They ask you a question, don't give short answers. Talk about how you work well with others, how you're responsible, etc.

Yeah, be outgoing but not overly. And talk about how you can deal with customers since its Starbucks and you'll be dealing with them all the time. I have a friend who works there actually.

Take deep breathes and relax before you go in.

When the interviewer asks you a question, think it through, then respond back confidently.

I usually take the cue from the interviewer as to what I need to say. Don't just ramble unless the interviewer encourages open dialog between questions.

Best of luck!

Starbucks likes hip and young employees, so dress professional, but with an edge thumbsup.gif

I think its a good idea to practice what you're going to say before the interview. That way, if they ask, you'll be prepared! Breathe and stay calm. Avoid the short answers.
