You can check out this pinned topic. There's other sections in the code to change the other text, but the important stuff for links is:

a:active{font-family:arial; font-size:9px; color:######; font-weight:none;border:0px; text-transform: uppercase;}
a:visited{font-family:arial; font-size:9px; color:######; font-weight:none;border:0px; text-transform: uppercase;}

is there a way to change an isolated set of links?

You could try to modify this around a bit. I'm pretty sure it will work.

So you could something like this in the css:
CODE
<style type="text/css">
.Name{font-family:FONTHERE;font-size:SIZEHEREpx;color:COLORHERE;}
.Name:hover{font-family:FONTHERE;font-size:SIZEHEREpx;color:COLORHERE;}
</style>

Well, after you edit the CSS try this for your links:
CODE
<a href="YOURLINKHERE"class="Name">TEXTHERE</a>

The CSS code is the first code I posted. Just change the font around to how you want it to look and change how you want it to look when you hover the link. Then, use the link code and it should work.
