Actually being out in the sun breaks down oils, which is why it's a good idea to wash your face after being outside for a while and sweating. Also certain medicines dry out your face, but promoting more oil production? *shrug*
The stuff I use is called, well, idno but I know what it does :D It pretty much destroys the top layer of skin, and is extremely effective at treating acne. There's also a moisturizer in it and once your face gets used to it there's no itching or side effects at all cept non-oily face. |

Actually, I mean being out in the sun and sweating at the same time makes your face look greasy. Yes, if your face becomes too dried from using peroxide, acid, and tree tea oil. You pores will try harder to provide oil to moisturize your skin's needs. It's important to be aware of product's claim to provide "deep clean pores" because at the same time, it can take away skin's natural component and abilities. It's a good idea to use a moisturizer after using drying products so the skin doesn't have to work any harder to produce more oil. When skins produce more oil than before, it doesn't go back to its normal oil production cycle. It's permanent. Salyaic acid is proven to reduce surface oil because it exfoliates the dead skins cells which gives a skin more refreshed-look. Same with large pores, when pores are stretched to larger in size, it will never go back to its normal condition. This is why you see older people have larger pores than a baby's skin. There are a lot of reasons for pores to increase its side. One factor is environmental, lack of nutrients, free radical, damage, pollutions, and no proper care. Your best bet it have vitamin A to your diet or skincare because it's tighten your pore and less noticable. |

Night cream?
6.5? OMFG. your skin can tolerate that! What type of acne do you have? I use TBS tea tree oil gel cleanser. It does pretty well to smoothes my skin, reduces bumps, and control acne pimples. It's less irritable, drying, and damaging than acid and peroxide. |

I started off using 4%. When I first used that on my face, my skin turned hella red and hurt like a mofo. It got used to that and now I have to use 6.5 *shrug* Doesn't hurt or turn red at all.

It could be a medical condition. Try eating less greasy food and bump up your water intake. Try 1 gallon a day, 1 cup of water an hour for a week... you should see results. 1 cup of water an water for a week? Isn't that a bit much? But I do agree that increasing your water intake is a great start, and for dry skin too (I have both dry skin problems and oily skin).

then, you have combination skin type called, "t-zone" ?
It doesnt matter. You still need water to hydrate for both skintype. dry skin creates an "illusion" of wrinkles. water soften them up. oily skin can be control with water to regulate the oil production. |

Bit much? lol Uh no. In fact that should be your minimun intake for the rest of your lives. I drink a minimum of 1 gallon in a day every day and I have been for the last 5 years. I haven't been sick in 4 years of my life. I haven't even gotten a zit... a simple little zit in 5 years either. Also if you're a female, please refrain from wearing make up. I know your pride is really high and you don't want people to see you havin zits, and you hate lookin in the mirror because the zits bring you down. And looking at women with beautiful skin makes you jealous and mad at yourself... But seriously, grow up... stop wearin make up for at least 2 weeks, wash your face every morning and every night, make sure you change/wash your phillow cases, comforter, and sheets every 3-5 days. Use clean towels after bathing (not used), and make sure you stay away from MAKE UP!!! Make up = unhealthy pore blocker. |

Actually, the best thing to do is to avoid cosmetic.
Are you serious? You never had "any" zits? How about hormone zits? I do agree that it clears up pimples because I’d done it in two days. |

None, I swear to you... also a hydrated body helps with chemical reactions in your body. So if you're stressed out, you won't get the physical symptoms. |
