Do anyone know where i can find a tutorial that teach how to put a photo into a brush shape seen in the photo below?

But what program?

I'll assume you use Photoshop. One one layer, you have the brush shape. Create a layer directly on top of that one and paste/drag the photo onto it. Make sure you have the layer with the photo highlighted; if not, click on that layer once. Press down the Ctrl button on your keyboard and click on the space between the two layers. You should see a little downward-facing arrow appear on the photo layer. What you just did is create a clipping mask. That's it. _smile.gif
