layouts, can someone make me a layout? Options

hey can anybody make me a myspace div layout or normal layout but its a default layout with this picture in it.
i would really appreciate it.
i have been trying to make a good one forever!
but i can;t seem to make a good one.
and ive seen so many amazing ones on here.

this is a band called rosedale and i have a fanspace for them and im trying to make a layout.
