I always eat bananas, but they don't do anything for me.
For me, though, it varies a lot. I guess I'm just not normal. |

If I've ran out of pills I stay home because it gets so bad that I have to throw up from the pain. And with pills, it's just unbelievably painful but I can deal with it.

mine are awful. last time i was on my period, we had to go to a family reunion. we got there and it was 105 degrees and i thought that i was going to die or something. i went in the bathroom and puked. then i literally sat at the table with my head down and sobbed while my family was eating. it was horrible.

I don't get cramps but I'm sure that it's because I exercise. My sister gets really bad ones though; she has had to go home from school multiple times cause of them.

hurts, but i can deallll. sometimes it gets pretty bad though, so i just pop in a midol & all my problems are taken away
